Employment offer letters:
In consultation with the client, AMSL provides offer letters to all outsourced staff, through to joining instruction and induction.
Time and Attendance Management:
AMSL ensures outsourced employees in and out timings are well recorded and reports well maintained for the client.
Maintenance of employment records:
AMSL emphasizes on maintaining and updating the outsourced staff wages records i.e. sick leaves, maternity/paternity leaves, annual leaves, absent days, overtimes, bonuses, employees' files, muster rolls, payroll records, medical certificates, HR audit reports etc. We keep track of official leave taken/balance on behalf of the client.
Compliance with Employment Legislation:
AMSL ensures outsourced staffs are managed within stipulated legislation in line with the Employment Act
Work Injury Benefit Act (WIBA):
In AMSL we ensure all outsourced staff is covered for WIBA
Occupational Health and Safety Awareness:
AMSL takes the responsibility of briefing all outsourced staff on the Health and Safety guidelines to ensure reduced risks
